In 2017, Sloane, my wife, and I have decided to move to Toronto for work, but also to be closer to our family installed in Guadeloupe in the Caribbean.

Resident Advocacy
I will represent the interests and concerns of all residents. Social and enthusiast, I will be the most active and responsive to listen and report residents' suggestions, ideas and concerns.
Financial Transparency
We will provide and share a summary of the financial status of the condominium, including the budget, expenses, and any planned or ongoing projects. For the "premium" we are all paying, we will make sure to highlight any cost-saving measures or initiatives undertaken to ensure the financial stability of the community.
Security & Safety
As a dad of 2 young kids, security is the key living Downtown - I would like to make sure measures are correctly implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of residents. I will highlight the issues reported to our security providers or initiatives taken to address residents' concerns about security.
Communication & Collaboration
I would love to communicate and collaborate with all the residents. My sociablity and approachability would allow me to listen, and work as a team member to address concerns in order to find the most suitable solutions.
Meeting presence & Participation
As a board member, I will participate in all the required meetings for the condominium board starting by the Annual General Meeting (AGM), and the other regular board meetings, special board meeting and budget meetings. My participation in those meetings would be an essential asset that could be used to share the voice of the residents, and also to address urgent or time-sensitive matters.
